Rodrigo Rodriguez (Pragmatismo) ac03af0b20 Refactor InstagramAdapter initialization and implement file sending
The InstagramAdapter constructor is simplified to remove unused
parameters, and the send_instagram_file function is fully implemented
with S3 upload and message sending capabilities.
